More Cowbell Saison Saison This is the second run of our pear saison. This year we used malt from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in southern New Jersey. We also used a French Saison yeast to give the beer nice clean fruit and spicy notes. We also used pear juice to help dry out the beer and give it hints of pear in the nose of the beer as well as on the finish. Tapped Out 6 15 6
Extra Special Bitter ESB Brewed with Marris Otter, Victory and Crystal malts and dry hopped with Chinook, Nugget and Simcoe this beer has a great bready, caramel taste. It smells of fresh baked bread, pine, fresh cut grass and citrus. It's a great beer to drink a pint or two of! Tapped Out 5.5 0 0

American Pale Ale dry hopped with Denail & Melba American Pale Ale Like our forefathers before us we are driven by a passion for discovery and perfection. Our American Pale Ale tries to capture those passions. This beer is always brewed with the same malt bill but an ever-evolving hop profile to help us discover new and different hop combinations. 007 GoldenRye Pale Ale American Pale Ale This Golden Rye Pale Ale has the aroma to match its beautiful color. The floral, citrus, piney and earthy aromas are very inviting. Suprise Double IPA Double IPA This is a big beer with big aromas and flavor. Strong citrus and pine on the nose and a nice malt backbone compliments hops. Brewed with centennial, polaris, columbus, amarillo, city and simcoe hops. Tapped Out 9.8 0 0

Black IPA India Pale Ale This Black IPA pours dark and has a nice creamy head to it. Dark fruit, cedar and earthy aromas are present with some slight toasty notes as well. The creamy mouth feel comes from the use of Midnight Wheat and it finishes with a strong bitter finish. Tapped Out 5.8 0 0
Dry Irish Stout with Coffee Irish Dry Stout This stout pours jet black with a nice creamy head. It has aromas of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Ordinary Bitter English Bitter This ordinary bitter has a nice light body and is very clear. It has a taste caramel and toffee with some earthly notes and a moderate bitter finish. Its low ABV makes it a good session beer. Tapped Out 4.1 0 0
Red Farmhouse Saison Saison This saison is brewed with Best Maltz Red X and malted wheat. It has a funky, earthy and spicy aroma to it. It finishes dry with a slight tartness to it and has a nice rich mouthfeel from the malted wheat. Tapped Out 5.2 0 0
My Favorite Marzen Dark Lager Marzen is a German style of beer traditionally brewed in March and lagered until Oktoberfest. This beer has a nice rich malt character with a slightly dry finish. It’s full flavored and easy to drink. Prost! On Tap 5 0 0
