Then is was aged in bourbon barrels on coffee beans, cocoa nibs (from the Flemington Fudge Shop) and chicory root. Breakfast Imperial Stout Aged Beer We brewed this breakfast stout with lots of dark and roasted malts to give it a rich roasty flavor and nice full body. We then aged this beer on dark roast coffee beans from our friends at Homestead Coffee Roasters before being aged in Maple Syrup Bouron barrels with blood orange puree. The result is a hearty stout with notes of coffee, chocolate, caramel, toffee and bourbon that has a slight acidity on the finish. Cheers! Tapped Out 10 0 0

Copper Hill Summer Blonde Blonde Ale An easy drinking summer ale brewed to be refreshing on hot summer day. It has a nice malty backbone balanced out by a slight bitterness. Its great citrus, fruity and floral aromatics come a light dry hopping with Loral as well as the yeast used in the beer. Tapped Out 5.4 0 0
Craison (Cranberry Saison) Saison This saison is brewed with wheat, rye and cranberry. The addition of the cranberry makes it a very dry and tart beer and still has a very pleasant saison aroma. On Tap 6.6 0 0
Dark Knight English-Style Mild Ale Dark in color, but smooth and sessionable. This English Style Dark Mild has a low ABV but packs a punch with notes of chocolate, toffee, and caramel. Expect some earthy and floral aromas and tastes from the EKG hops. Tapped Out 4 0 0
Darrly's Mess Pale Lager A refreshing lager brewed with a significant amount of wheat to add haze and body. Very mild bitterness, with a significant amount of flavor from a dry hopping with Dr. Rudi and Wakatu. Ducks on the Pond American-Style Amber Lager or Dark Lager We brewed this lager in collaboration with our friends at Two Ton Brewing. This beer is the perfect late summer/early fall beer. The strong malt backboned gives a look forward to the cooler months that are on their way. The strong melon and tropical fruit aromas allow us to hold to what is left of the summer. Elijah Porter Porter We started with a bold, dark porter with notes of chocolate and caramel. We then rested the beer in an Elijah Craig bourbon barrel with cinnamon sticks. What we ended up with is a rich porter with a subtle nose and finish of bourbon and spice. Enjoy. Tapped Out 7.1 0 0
