Hoppe Stad #003 Saison For the this saison in our series of dry hopped saisons we use local malts from Rabbit Hill Farms in southern New Jersey. We fermented this beer on Riesling Grape Must from Unionville Vineyards then we dry hopped it with Tripel Pearl and Mandarina Bavaria. The result is a super easy drinking saison with strong citrus notes with great mouthfeel and a dry finish. Cheers! Tapped Out 4.6 10 5

This beer is always brewed with the same malt bill but an ever-evolving hop profile to help us discover new and different hop combinations. This batch uses Mandarina Bavaria & Wakatu Hops. Out Of My Witbier Witbier A witbier brewed using Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Raw Wheat, Munich Malt and Raw Buckwheat from Rabbit Hill Malt along with fresh local lemon balm and dried coriander, then dry hopped with Jarrylo. Jubelium 2018 Aged Beer This year we took our award winning Maiden Flight IPA and aged it in Chardonnay barrels and we added some Brettanomyces to add some complexity to the beer. After aging for six months in barrels we racked the beer back into stainless and dry hopped with Amarillo, Equinox and Summit. We then bottle conditioned for your enjoyment. This beer is a look back at our brief history and pursuit of a bright future. It is both something old and something new. This beer is for everyone who has supported us and who will support us.
