Farmer's Tan - Wet Hopped Saison Saison This saison is brewed with fresh wet hop wets from Sky High Hops that were used within 12hrs of being harvested. Tropical Stout American Stout This stout is brewed with caramel malts and dark roasted malts. It has distinct caramel and toffee notes. It is conditioned on over 250lbs of pineapple puree which results in a beautiful pineapple aroma and flavor. Tapped Out 5 0 0
Chocolate Milk Stout Sweet Stout or Cream Stout This stout is brewed with lactose and an abundance of dark chocolate malt. It is then aged on everyone’s favorite instant hot chocolate mix. Jubelium 2018 Aged Beer This year we took our award winning Maiden Flight IPA and aged it in Chardonnay barrels and we added some Brettanomyces to add some complexity to the beer. After aging for six months in barrels we racked the beer back into stainless and dry hopped with Amarillo, Equinox and Summit. We then bottle conditioned for your enjoyment. This beer is a look back at our brief history and pursuit of a bright future. It is both something old and something new. This beer is for everyone who has supported us and who will support us. Golden Girl Imperial Stout This “stout” is brewed without the use of any dark malts. Instead we add chicory root, cocoa nibs and coffee beans to the beer, then we age the beer in bourbon barrels. Tripel Around The Sun (Belgain Tripel) Triple Belgium Tripel around the sun celebrates this golden, delicious Belgian style ale. Imperial Breakfast Stout Imperial Stout We brewed this breakfast stout with lots of dark and roasted malts to give it a rich roasty flavor and nice full body. We then aged this beer on dark roast coffee beans from our friends at Homestead Coffee Roasters before being aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels with blood orange puree. Ducks on the Pond American-Style Amber Lager or Dark Lager We brewed this lager in collaboration with our friends at Two Ton Brewing. This beer is the perfect late summer/early fall beer. The strong malt backboned gives a look forward to the cooler months that are on their way. The strong melon and tropical fruit aromas allow us to hold to what is left of the summer. Elijah Porter Porter We started with a bold, dark porter with notes of chocolate and caramel. We then rested the beer in an Elijah Craig bourbon barrel with cinnamon sticks. What we ended up with is a rich porter with a subtle nose and finish of bourbon and spice. Enjoy. Tapped Out 7.1 0 0
