Hoppe Stad #002 Saison This farmhouse saison is brewed with a lot of wheat to give it a malt chewy mouthfeel. It is then dry hopped with plenty of Citra and Cashmere. Hefeweizen Witbier The beer is made by the yeast. The recipe is simple, 50% wheat, 50% pilsner but the yeast gives this beer it's wonderful esters of cloves and bananas and also adds to that very hazy color. Tapped Out 4.5 0 0
Zu Viele Hopfen (Session IPL) Pale Lager This beer is brewed with the intent of using too many hops (zu viele hopfen) for a traditional lager. It get a healthy amount of Northern Brewer, Simcoe and Amarillo hops in the whirlpool. It also is then dry hopped with a bunch of Northern Brewer, Simcoe and Nugget hops. Southern Promise Session Beer Southern star is hop variety that comes from South Africa. It has great tropical fruit, citrus and pine notes. Hoppe Stad #003 Saison For the this saison in our series of dry hopped saisons we use local malts from Rabbit Hill Farms in southern New Jersey. We fermented this beer on Riesling Grape Must from Unionville Vineyards then we dry hopped it with Tripel Pearl and Mandarina Bavaria.
