Let It ESB ESB Brewed with Marris Otter, Victory and Crystal malts and dry hopped with Chinook, Nugget and Simcoe this beer has a great bready, caramel taste. It smells of fresh baked bread, pine, fresh cut grass and citrus. It's a great beer to drink a pint or two of! On Tap 5.5 0 0
Maiden Flight West Coast Style IPA India Pale Ale Strong tropical hop aroma comes from heavy hopping with Summit, Amarillo and the hop formerly known as Equinox. On Tap 8.2 0 0
Golden Girl Imperial Stout This “stout” is brewed without the use of any dark malts. Instead we add chicory root, cocoa nibs and coffee beans to the beer, then we age the beer in bourbon barrels. This results in a beer that is light in color but still has the roast and chocolate notes of a traditional stout. Cheers! On Tap 10 0 0
Craison (Cranberry Saison) Saison This saison is brewed with wheat, rye and cranberry. The addition of the cranberry makes it a very dry and tart beer and still has a very pleasant saison aroma. On Tap 6.6 0 0
Tripel Around The Sun (Belgain Tripel) Triple Belgium Tripel around the sun celebrates this golden, delicious Belgian style ale. New England Chowdah India Pale Ale This New England style IPA hop bomb is dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Centennial. It’s as hazy as a foggy morning over Boston Habah. On Tap 6.5 0 0
“Spelt” Wrong IPA India Pale Ale Spelt is an ancient grain closely related to wheat. It was once a staple in diets because of it having high amounts of protein, dietary fiber and B vitamins. Since it is similar to wheat it adds better mouthfeel to the beer and gives it some haze. Vic Secret and Motueka hops are Australian hops that have great tropical fruit notes. On Tap 7.5 0 0
Ol' King Kolsch German-Style Koelsch This classic German ale is much like a nice crisp lager. It has some malty sweetness to it while finishing with a slight bitterness. On Tap 5.2 0 0
Imperial Breakfast Stout Imperial Stout We brewed this breakfast stout with lots of dark and roasted malts to give it a rich roasty flavor and nice full body. We then aged this beer on dark roast coffee beans from our friends at Homestead Coffee Roasters before being aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels with blood orange puree. The result is a hearty stout with notes of coffee, chocolate, caramel, toffee and bourbon that has a slight acidity on the finish. Cheers! On Tap 9.5 30 140
