As two local craft beer enthusiasts, Todd and Bob decided to open a craft brewery close to home in Flemington, NJ. Having selected a new building to build our brewery, we have had the opportunity to build out the brewery from the ground up.
We now have up to 12 different beers on tap. We're constantly looking at brewing something a little different to bring freshness and variety to our beer tasting consumers.
We have up to 12 varieties of beers on tap to please many different palates.
As we finish off one beer, we'll be putting on a different beer. We strive to have a variety of sytles from Saisons to IPA's.
Beers are available in flights, pints, 32 oz and 64 oz growlers. Growlers are for off premise consumption only.
Brewed with Marris Otter, Victory and Crystal malts and dry hopped with Chinook, Nugget and Simcoe this beer has a great bready, caramel taste.
Our version of a light beer. This beer is light and refreshing with a pleasant hop aroma.
A light pale ale dry hopped with Denali & Melba
Brewed with a healthy amount of rye and dry hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe. Notes of citrus and pine.
The strong tropical hop aroma comes from heavy hopping with Summit, Amarillo & the hop formally known as Equinox.
This Abbey Dubbel is brewed with a good amount of caramel malts and dark Belgian candy sugar.
This is a bold dark porter with notes of chocolate, roast, caramel and biscuit in both the aroma and the flavor.
This Belgian strong ale was brewed with winter spices (cardamon, star anise, ginger, nutmeg & clove) and then it was aged on French Oak chips
Strong citrus upfront, little malty and bitter finish.
This easy drinking Vienna Style Lager has notes of freshly baked bread, caramel and finishes with a noble hop character. Prost!
Pale Lager brewed with pilsner and wheat malt. Dry hopped with Idaho 7 & Tripel Pearl
This stout is brewed with caramel malts and dark roasted malts. It has distinct caramel and toffee notes. It is conditioned on over 250lbs of pineapple puree which results in a beautiful pineapple aroma and flavor.
Farmhouse saison brewed with Riesling grape must and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Tripe Pearl.
This batch uses Mandarina Bavaria & Wakatu Hops. The Mandarina Bavaria provides a beautiful citrus, tangerine note and the Wakatu gives the beer a nice floral note.
These are upcoming beers that are in our fermenters. We haven't necessary named the finish beer yet so the name may change as we move it to the tap.
