We are open. We do fill non-Lone Eagle growlers. The non-Lone Eagle growlers must contain the appropriate government warning label.
As two local craft beer enthusiasts, Todd and Bob decided to open a craft brewery close to home in Flemington, NJ. Having selected a new building to build our brewery, we have had the opportunity to build out the brewery from the ground up.
We now have up to 12 different beers on tap. We're constantly looking at brewing something a little different to bring freshness and variety to our beer tasting consumers.
We have up to 12 varieties of beers on tap to please many different palates.
As we finish off one beer, we'll be putting on a different beer. We strive to have a variety of sytles from Saisons to IPA's.
Beers are available in flights, pints, 32 oz and 64 oz growlers. Growlers are for off premise consumption only.
A classic malt forward English beer dry hopped in an American way.
The Black IPA pours dark and has a nice creamy head to it.
The strong tropical hop aroma comes from heavy hopping with Summit, Amarillo & the hop formally known as Equinox.
This saison is brewed with wheat, rye and cranberry.
Strong citrus upfront, little malty and bitter finish.
This very easy to drink lager has a rich, bready, malty taste up front and has a nice dry finish with a slight bitterness on the end.
This Belgian Pale Ale has a great Belgian yeast characteristics in the aroma and flavor of the beer. It smells spicy and floral as well as getting great fruity and citrus notes from it being dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon hops.
This classic German ale is much like a nice crisp lager. It has some malty sweetness to it while finishing with a slight bitterness.
This full-bodied porter is brewed with a healthy amount of dark, roast and caramel malts to give it an amazing complexity. It has notes of figs and dark fruits as well as a rich roasty character and amazing chocolate flavors. It is fermented with Lager yeast and Lager which gives it the classic bready notes from a Lager.
This Saison is brewed to commemorate our one-year anniversary or as the Dutch would say "Jubileum." It is a celebration of everything we have done in this short period of time, as well as the wealth of goods that the state of New Jersey has to offer.
This farmhouse saison is brewed with a lot of wheat to give it a malt chewy mouthfeel. It is then dry hopped with plenty of Citra and Cashmere.
Brewed with members of Flemington Fire Department to commemorate their 175th anniversary this is a malt forward crisp, clean lager. It is brewed using local malts from Rabbit Hill Farm and then it is dry hopped with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. This Helles has an awesome fruity, bready aroma and is very drinkable. Cheers!
