More Cowbell Saison Saison This is the second run of our pear saison. This year we used malt from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in southern New Jersey. We also used a French Saison yeast to give the beer nice clean fruit and spicy notes. We also used pear juice to help dry out the beer and give it hints of pear in the nose of the beer as well as on the finish. Tapped Out 6 15 6

All the malt was grown and malted by Rabbit Hill Farms in Shilo, NJ. This hazy pale ale has notes of fresh cut grass, citrus rinds and fresh baked bread.
