Maiden Flight W/ Guava India Pale Ale If you are a fan of our award winning Maiden Flight, you'll want to try out this version with Guava Juice. If you are not a fan of IPA's, you will definitely want to give this a try. We dialed back the hops and bitterness to allow the Guava to shine. It shines so much that this beer has a pink hue due to the Guava Juice. Tapped Out 8 0 0

We also used a French Saison yeast to give the beer nice clean fruit and spicy notes. We also used pear juice to help dry out the beer and give it hints of pear in the nose of the beer as well as on the finish. Tapped Out 6 15 6

Saison Jubileum Saison This Saison is brewed to commemorate our one-year anniversary or as the Dutch would say "Jubileum." It is a celebration of everything we have done in this short period of time, as well as the wealth of goods that the state of New Jersey has to offer. To brew this beer, we used floor malted grains from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ and yeast from our friend at East Coast Yeast Labs in Hillsborough, NJ. After primary fermentation, we aged the beer in red wine barrels from our friends, just down the road, at Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes, NJ. It was then re-fermented on peaches. Cheers!
