Belgian Wit Belgian-Style Witbier This Belgian Witbier is brewed with two different kinds of wheat which gives it its nice chewy mouthfeel. It is also brewed with black pepper and coriander to give it a nice spicy note. Tapped Out 4.7 10 8
Life On Mars Imperial Red Ale New England Style Red IPA brewed with Red X malt and loads of wheat and oats. It then gets an intense double dry hopping with traditional hop pellets and lupulin powder. Dry hopped with Chinook, Nugget, African Queen & Ekuanot Powder. Tapped Out 7.1 15 13
Saison Jubileum Saison This Saison is brewed to commemorate our one-year anniversary or as the Dutch would say "Jubileum." It is a celebration of everything we have done in this short period of time, as well as the wealth of goods that the state of New Jersey has to offer. To brew this beer, we used floor malted grains from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ and yeast from our friend at East Coast Yeast Labs in Hillsborough, NJ. After primary fermentation, we aged the beer in red wine barrels from our friends, just down the road, at Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes, NJ. It was then re-fermented on peaches. Cheers! Hoppe Stad #002 Saison This farmhouse saison is brewed with a lot of wheat to give it a malt chewy mouthfeel. It is then dry hopped with plenty of Citra and Cashmere. The result is a slightly funky, super citrus forward saison with notes of lemons and melons. Very drinkable for hot summer days. Cheers! Tapped Out 4.2 0 0
49 Fame Helles Lager Pale Lager Brewed with members of Flemington Fire Department to commemorate their 175th anniversary this is a malt forward crisp, clean lager. It is brewed using local malts from Rabbit Hill Farm and then it is dry hopped with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. This Helles has an awesome fruity, bready aroma and is very drinkable. Cheers! Farmer's Tan - Wet Hopped Saison Saison This saison is brewed with fresh wet hop wets from Sky High Hops that were used within 12hrs of being harvested. Ducks on the Pond American-Style Amber Lager or Dark Lager We brewed this lager in collaboration with our friends at Two Ton Brewing. This beer is the perfect late summer/early fall beer. The strong malt backboned gives a look forward to the cooler months that are on their way. The strong melon and tropical fruit aromas allow us to hold to what is left of the summer. Tropical Stout American Stout This stout is brewed with caramel malts and dark roasted malts. It has distinct caramel and toffee notes. It is conditioned on over 250lbs of pineapple puree which results in a beautiful pineapple aroma and flavor. Tapped Out 5 0 0
Imperial Breakfast Stout Imperial Stout We brewed this breakfast stout with lots of dark and roasted malts to give it a rich roasty flavor and nice full body. We then aged this beer on dark roast coffee beans from our friends at Homestead Coffee Roasters before being aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels with blood orange puree. The result is a hearty stout with notes of coffee, chocolate, caramel, toffee and bourbon that has a slight acidity on the finish. Cheers! Tapped Out 9.5 30 140
Hoppe Stad #003 Saison For the this saison in our series of dry hopped saisons we use local malts from Rabbit Hill Farms in southern New Jersey. We fermented this beer on Riesling Grape Must from Unionville Vineyards then we dry hopped it with Tripel Pearl and Mandarina Bavaria. The result is a super easy drinking saison with strong citrus notes with great mouthfeel and a dry finish. Cheers! Tapped Out 4.6 10 5

American Pale Ale aged with American Pale Ale Like our forefathers before us we are driven by a passion for discovery and perfection. Our American Pale Ale tries to capture those passions. This beer is always brewed with the same malt bill but an ever-evolving hop profile to help us discover new and different hop combinations. This batch uses Mandarina Bavaria & Wakatu Hops.
