Out Of My Witbier Witbier A witbier brewed using Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Raw Wheat, Munich Malt and Raw Buckwheat from Rabbit Hill Malt along with fresh local lemon balm and dried coriander, then dry hopped with Jarrylo. Jubelium 2018 Aged Beer This year we took our award winning Maiden Flight IPA and aged it in Chardonnay barrels and we added some Brettanomyces to add some complexity to the beer. After aging for six months in barrels we racked the beer back into stainless and dry hopped with Amarillo, Equinox and Summit. We then bottle conditioned for your enjoyment. This beer is a look back at our brief history and pursuit of a bright future. It is both something old and something new. This beer is for everyone who has supported us and who will support us. American Pale Ale (Dry Hopped w/ Loral & Ella) American Pale Ale Like our forefathers before us we are driven by a passion for discovery and perfection. Our American Pale Ale tries to capture those passions. This beer is always brewed with the same malt bill but an ever-evolving hop profile to help us discover new and different hop combinations. Barrel Aged Wheat Wine Aged Beer Similar to a barleywine a wheatwine is a strong ale but it uses 50% wheat malt in the grain bill. This batch we aged in bourbon barrels for 9 months. It is a boozy beer with notes of caramel, toffee, bourbon, vanilla and oak. It is a beer to be enjoyed slowly and becomes more complex as it warms. Tapped Out 11 0 0
Return of the Juice India Pale Ale It is a period of civil war. Rebel brewers, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the evil Galactic Empire. During the battle, Rebel brewers managed to steal secret brewsheets to the Empire's ultimate brew, the JUICE STAR, an aroma packed beer with enough Galaxy, Southern Star, Denali hops and oats and wheat to destroy an entire brewhouse. Pursued by the Empire's sinister agents, the brewer races home aboard her starship, custodian of the stolen brewsheets that can save the people and quench their thirst for juicy, dank brews…. Breakfast Imperial Stout Aged Beer We brewed this breakfast stout with lots of dark and roasted malts to give it a rich roasty flavor and nice full body. We then aged this beer on dark roast coffee beans from our friends at Homestead Coffee Roasters before being aged in Maple Syrup Bouron barrels with blood orange puree.
