More Cowbell Saison Saison This is the second run of our pear saison. This year we used malt from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in southern New Jersey. We also used a French Saison yeast to give the beer nice clean fruit and spicy notes. We also used pear juice to help dry out the beer and give it hints of pear in the nose of the beer as well as on the finish. Tapped Out 6 15 6

Out Of My Witbier Witbier A witbier brewed using Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Raw Wheat, Munich Malt and Raw Buckwheat from Rabbit Hill Malt along with fresh local lemon balm and dried coriander, then dry hopped with Jarrylo. Peach Gusher American-Style Sour Ale This is our very first sour, albeit a kettle sour, it came out just peachy. After fermenting we added a "bushel" of peach juice. This starts tart and finishes a bit sweet from the peaches. It is just so peachy. Enjoy. Tapped Out 5.1 0 0

Clean, crisp, smooth with just a touch of bitterness on the finish that you would expect from a German Pilsner.
