Pumpkin Amber Ale Amber Ale This is a classic amber ale brewed with pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spices. It has the aroma of pumpkin pie with a medium body and a slight bitterness finish. Tapped Out 0 0 0
Saison with Grapefruit Saison This is a light & refreshing saison brewed with grapefruit. It has notes of grapefruit, citrus rind and clove. The Belgian saison yeast adds to the fruitiness of the beer. Tapped Out 6.1 0 0
Priority Pils German-Style Pilsener This is our very first Pilsner... and it is a German Pilsner... and is it good. Clean, crisp, smooth with just a touch of bitterness on the finish that you would expect from a German Pilsner. With hot weather approaching, having a beer like this is a priority and so we are calling this Priority Pils. Tapped Out 5 0 0
Peach Gusher American-Style Sour Ale This is our very first sour, albeit a kettle sour, it came out just peachy. After fermenting we added a "bushel" of peach juice. This starts tart and finishes a bit sweet from the peaches. It is just so peachy. Enjoy. Tapped Out 5.1 0 0
More Than Ekuanot Double IPA This is the first in a new series of Single Hop Hazy Double IPA's. This is brewed solely with the Ekuanot Hop that lends to a nicely balanced piney, fruity flavors with a slight bitterness on the finish. Tapped Out 9.5 0 0
More Cowbell Saison Saison This is the second run of our pear saison. This year we used malt from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in southern New Jersey. We also used a French Saison yeast to give the beer nice clean fruit and spicy notes. We also used pear juice to help dry out the beer and give it hints of pear in the nose of the beer as well as on the finish. Tapped Out 6 15 6
Fleming's Castle (Pale Ale) Pale Lager This malty pale ale is brewed and dry hopped with Azacca, Polaris and Mandaria Bavaria hops. It has notes of tropical fruit, citrus and pine. Tapped Out 5.3 0 0
Hansel Session India Pale Ale This New England session IPA is brewed with a heavy amount of raw wheat and oat malt. It get it’s strong tropical fruit/citrus aroma from a healthy dry hopping with Southern Star, Motueka and Citra. Tapped Out 4.8 0 0
New England Chowdah India Pale Ale This New England style IPA hop bomb is dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Centennial. It’s as hazy as a foggy morning over Boston Habah. On Tap 6.5 0 0
Ordinary Bitter English Bitter This ordinary bitter has a nice light body and is very clear. It has a taste caramel and toffee with some earthly notes and a moderate bitter finish. Its low ABV makes it a good session beer. Tapped Out 4.1 0 0
Local Pale Ale American-Style Pale Ale This pale ale is brewed with hops from our friends at Sky High Hop Farms in Flemington, NJ and the Bitter End Hops Farm in Randolph, NJ. All the malt was grown and malted by Rabbit Hill Farms in Shilo, NJ. This hazy pale ale has notes of fresh cut grass, citrus rinds and fresh baked bread. Baltic Porter Baltic Porter This porter is loaded with toasty toasty goodness. As you would expect from a port, this has a slightly thinner mouth feel for a dark ale which is quite refreshing on hot summer days. On Tap 7 0 0
Fall Saison Saison This saison I brewed with different caramel malts to give it a nice copper color. It is dry hopped with Nugget and Jester hops. Tapped Out 4.7 0 0
Saison Jubileum Saison This Saison is brewed to commemorate our one-year anniversary or as the Dutch would say "Jubileum." It is a celebration of everything we have done in this short period of time, as well as the wealth of goods that the state of New Jersey has to offer. To brew this beer, we used floor malted grains from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ and yeast from our friend at East Coast Yeast Labs in Hillsborough, NJ. After primary fermentation, we aged the beer in red wine barrels from our friends, just down the road, at Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes, NJ. It was then re-fermented on peaches. Cheers! Red Farmhouse Saison Saison This saison is brewed with Best Maltz Red X and malted wheat. It has a funky, earthy and spicy aroma to it. It finishes dry with a slight tartness to it and has a nice rich mouthfeel from the malted wheat. Tapped Out 5.2 0 0
Farmer's Tan - Wet Hopped Saison Saison This saison is brewed with fresh wet hop wets from Sky High Hops that were used within 12hrs of being harvested. We then dry hopped this saison with more cascade and centennial hops from Sky High Hops. The result is a fruity saison with floral and fruity notes. Cheers! Tapped Out 5.4 0 0
Craison (Cranberry Saison) Saison This saison is brewed with wheat, rye and cranberry. The addition of the cranberry makes it a very dry and tart beer and still has a very pleasant saison aroma. Tapped Out 0 0 0
Tropical Stout American Stout This stout is brewed with caramel malts and dark roasted malts. It has distinct caramel and toffee notes. It is conditioned on over 250lbs of pineapple puree which results in a beautiful pineapple aroma and flavor. Tapped Out 5 0 0
Chocolate Milk Stout Sweet Stout or Cream Stout This stout is brewed with lactose and an abundance of dark chocolate malt. It is then aged on everyone’s favorite instant hot chocolate mix.
