More Cowbell Saison Saison This is the second run of our pear saison. This year we used malt from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in southern New Jersey. We also used a French Saison yeast to give the beer nice clean fruit and spicy notes. We also used pear juice to help dry out the beer and give it hints of pear in the nose of the beer as well as on the finish. Tapped Out 6 15 6
Local Pale Ale American-Style Pale Ale This pale ale is brewed with hops from our friends at Sky High Hop Farms in Flemington, NJ and the Bitter End Hops Farm in Randolph, NJ. All the malt was grown and malted by Rabbit Hill Farms in Shilo, NJ. This hazy pale ale has notes of fresh cut grass, citrus rinds and fresh baked bread. It has a malty sweetness up front and a dry finish. Tapped Out 6.5 0 7
Saison Jubileum Saison This Saison is brewed to commemorate our one-year anniversary or as the Dutch would say "Jubileum." It is a celebration of everything we have done in this short period of time, as well as the wealth of goods that the state of New Jersey has to offer. To brew this beer, we used floor malted grains from our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ and yeast from our friend at East Coast Yeast Labs in Hillsborough, NJ. After primary fermentation, we aged the beer in red wine barrels from our friends, just down the road, at Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes, NJ. It was then re-fermented on peaches. Cheers! Belgian Wit Belgian-Style Witbier This Belgian Witbier is brewed with two different kinds of wheat which gives it its nice chewy mouthfeel. It is also brewed with black pepper and coriander to give it a nice spicy note. Tapped Out 4.7 10 8
Life On Mars Imperial Red Ale New England Style Red IPA brewed with Red X malt and loads of wheat and oats. It then gets an intense double dry hopping with traditional hop pellets and lupulin powder. Dry hopped with Chinook, Nugget, African Queen & Ekuanot Powder. Tapped Out 7.1 15 13
Hunterdon Wet Hopped Brown Ale Brown Ale This brown ale is brewed with fresh Cascade and Centennial wet hops from Sky High Hop Farm in Flemington, NJ. It has a great aroma with floral, citrus, chocolate, caramel and roast notes. It is medium bodied and taste of chocolate, roast, slight caramel and finishes with a balanced bitterness Tapped Out 6 0 28

Baltic Porter Baltic Porter This full-bodied porter is brewed with a healthy amount of dark, roast and caramel malts to give it an amazing complexity. It has notes of figs and dark fruits as well as a rich roasty character and amazing chocolate flavors. It is fermented with Lager yeast and Lager which gives it the classic bready notes from a Lager. Imperial Breakfast Stout Imperial Stout We brewed this breakfast stout with lots of dark and roasted malts to give it a rich roasty flavor and nice full body. We then aged this beer on dark roast coffee beans from our friends at Homestead Coffee Roasters before being aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels with blood orange puree. The result is a hearty stout with notes of coffee, chocolate, caramel, toffee and bourbon that has a slight acidity on the finish. Cheers! Tapped Out 9.5 30 140
