A witbier brewed using Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Raw Wheat, Munich Malt and Raw Buckwheat from Rabbit Hill Malt along with fresh local lemon balm and dried coriander, then dry hopped with Jarrylo. It has notes of lemon zest and pepper with a nice chewy mouthfeel.
